When experiencing new landscapes or when pondering familiar ones, even the most trivial things can become the backbone of our journey. I constantly aspire to be the companion who effortlessly picks up those exceedingly small things. I believe that creating and sustaining something stems from the initiator's spontaneous will and continuous love. Engaging in ventures forced upon us can be exhausting. Thus, before seeking societal success, seek personal fulfillment. Together, let's pursue a combination of self-centered and altruistic desires that resonate with society. Let us actively participate as objective subjects in purposeful actions.Come to think of it, there was something like that, right? The fireworks that gather attention at the beginning but are forgotten a year later seem like events where the purity of the initiator, which the entrepreneur should possess, is somehow tainted by a vague and creative ego. Our company's name signifies "listening," as we want to hear voices. Rarely does someone embark on a journey without checking the contents of their backpack. Indeed, it is sound to verify what we have before setting off. Unloading a heavy backpack that was once carried becomes quite burdensome. I want to reach in from the side and scoop out its value to listen attentively. Before blindly exploring novelty, let's listen to what we have collected.
Most of the things gathered usually wear unremarkable faces. We weave them into words, forming a delicate and resilient backbone. To avoid relying solely on strong words, to prevent losing any possible future, we adopt a strong yet flexible stance centered around hypothetical backbones. By doing so, we remain consistently open to change. As for us, we are nothing more than a gathering of small individuals. We cannot claim to be aboard a large ship, but occasionally, while gathering companions, we accompany them with full force on a paddling board.I think there is also a strong, exciting beauty, like a fireworks.We, who find make such things difficult, prefer to keep our feet on the ground and conspire diligently with our beloved ones.

Representative of HARKEN Co., Ltd. Born in 1992. Operates "DAICHI," a real estate development company focused on preserving natural environments. Engages in various ventures, events, brand planning, and art direction while managing personal businesses. Graduated from Musashino Art University's Spatial Design Department in 2015 and joined Smiles Co., Ltd., which operates "Soup Stock Tokyo," as a new graduate. After gaining one and a half years of customer service experience at the stores, became the youngest Creative Director in the same company. Responsible for launching and long-term branding of brands in various fields, including bookstores, online services, events, restaurants, cosmetics, etc. In 2020, established HARKEN Co., Ltd. Drawing on the experience of contributing to the mid- to long-term growth of business companies as a creative director, noticed that many dazzling initiatives created from a creator's perspective often diverge from the real business sense, resulting in brands losing their essence and becoming obsolete in a short time. Developed a consciousness about the industry's current situation and aimed to create brands with intrinsic value and significance, beloved in the market for the long term, not ones that are forgotten after a year. Skilled in achieving this objective. Received accolades such as the Good Design Award, iF Design Award, and Japan Typography Yearbook. Since 2020, serving as a part-time lecturer at Musashino Art University, teaching about concept-making in store design.
