Amidst this, we have created a business concept that promotes "a new proactive luxury that finds value in experiential living." /Concept/ A place with another sense of belonging. It may be small in scale, but each aspect holds remarkable strength. Perhaps because it stands firmly rooted in the land, embracing its natural character. Within this place lies a richness of insights yet to be discovered, unlike that found in villas or glamping experiences. There, you can dive right into the heart of nature without having to start from scratch. Whether you choose to live or work there is up to you. You can do anything or nothing at all. Certainly, there are things that won't be given to you, but in retrospect, creativity and realizations have always emerged from small inconveniences. Beyond a low threshold lies a powerful and profound experience. Feel free to dive in without hesitation, even if you stumble a little. Step firmly on this land that serves as another base. This represents a new proactive luxury of the era that values experiential living.

One of the most vital aspects of this venture lies in "bringing out the unique charm of each location and becoming a companion to nature in creating the landscape." We pay attention to the mountain vegetation and wind flow, carefully constructing individualized landscapes for each place. To express this idea in a simple and direct way, we developed a logo type. Built on the design concept of "Rooted in the earth," the brand merges harmoniously with the earth (symbolized by the horizon), and its activities are represented by a graceful single line that extends through the earth, evoking a sense of lightness and continuity reaching all corners of the globe.
